Chapter 267-19 PUBLIC SCHOOL CLEAN ALTERNATIVE FUEL BUS PROJECT
Rule 267-19-.01 Purpose
The purpose of the Public School Clean Alternative Fuel Bus Project is to implement and showcase energy efficient measures that can be used by systems throughout the state.

Public School Clean Alternative Fuel Bus Project.
Rule 267-19-.03 The Citation to Statutory Basis for the Grant Program in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated or Other General Law of the State of Georgia
Funded through the U.S. Department of Energy.
Rule 267-19-.04 The General Scope and Purpose of the Grant Program
To implement and feature energy conservation measures within public school systems.
Rule 267-19-.05 General Terms and Conditions of the Grant
Public School Systems are eligible to apply for the grant to introduce the use of clean alternative fuels into their bus fleets. Priority will be given to applicants with a demonstrated commitment to the use of clean alternative fuels. Four grants in the amount of $50,000 will be made.
Rule 267-19-.06 Eligible Recipients of the Grant
Georgia public school systems.
Rule 267-19-.07 The Criteria for the Award of the Grant
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to clean alternative fuels, and introduce a school bus operating on a clean alternative fuel into the bus fleet.
Rule 267-19-.08 Directions and Deadlines for Applying for Such Grant
Proposals must be received between December 15, 1999 and May 15, 2000. Facsimile copies will not be accepted or considered for funding. Two copies of the application should be mailed to:
