Sections <a href="https://links.casemakerlegal.com/states/ga/books/Code_of_Georgia/browse?ci=25&amp;id=gasos&amp;codesec=33-2-9&amp;title=33#" target="_newtab">33-2-9</a>, <a href="https://links.casemakerlegal.com/states/ga/books/Code_of_Georgia/browse?ci=25&amp;id=gasos&amp;codesec=33-6-4&amp;title=33#" target="_newtab">33-6-4</a> and <a href="https://links.casemakerlegal.com/states/ga/books/Code_of_Georgia/browse?ci=25&amp;id=gasos&amp;codesec=33-6-12&amp;title=33#" target="_newtab">33-6-12</a>.</P> <h2><a href="/GAC/120-2-94-.04" name="120-2-94-.04" title="120-2-94-.04">Rule 120-2-94-.04 Exemptions</a></h2> <P>Unless otherwise specifically included, this regulation shall not apply to transactions involving:</P> <table This may include, but is not limited to, confirmation of consumer suitability information, systematic customer surveys, interviews, confirmation letters and programs of internal monitoring.
